Requirements:
Six month's Customer Service experience Distribution and/or Packaging industry a plus Excellent verbal and written communication Excellent speed and accuracy in data entry skills Ability to create and edit documents in MS Office:
Word and Excel Ability to identify issues and communicate with team or management Two years of college preferred Minimum of a high school diploma and two years office experience Essential Functions / Job Duties:
Receive and enter customer order data into ASW/E8 computer system Process customer orders informing of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer.
Receive and resolve most customer complaints.
Track returned merchandise reason codes and makes adjustments to improve service quality.
Consult with internal resources regarding needs of customers Work with departments as needed to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
Work closely with sales team to identify new opportunities for customers.
Provide timely feedback to management team regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Partner with sales representatives to create a supportive and positive team environment to exceed our customer expectations.
Closely follow all established policies, guidelines and pricing for customer accounts and service.
